PIM Donates MK 100,000 to Malawi Council for Handicapped

As part of its corporate social responsibility and continuation of its 40th anniversary celebrations, Packaging Industries Malawi Limited (PIM) on Friday donated K100 000 to the Malawi Council for Handicapped's (Macoha) Bangwe Weaving Factory.
PIM, which started in 1969, will this September clock 40 years of existence and, according to the company's Marketing Manager Nyakhoko Nsona, the listed firm decided to donate to Bangwe Weaving Factory because of its uniqueness.
Receiving the cheque, Macoha vice-chairperson Father Bennito Masuwa said the assistance has come, at the right time and thanked PIM for the donation.
