PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
Delisting of the Company's shares from the Malawi Stock Exchange
(Pursuant to the Malawi Stock exchange Listings Requirements)
Notice is hereby given that all the terms and conditions of the Court approved Scheme of arrangement dated 11th July 2011 were fulfilled and that the company was officially delisted from the Malawi Stock Exchange on Friday, 30th September 2011.
Holders of PIM Scheme Shares who have not yet presented their original certificates to CDH Stockbrokers Limited are reminded to do so to receive their proportions payment out of the Purchase Price (less appropriate taxes.
